Order Processing and Shipping Times
- Orders over $150: If items are in stock, orders are typically shipped for free via Expedited shipping, the same day or the next business day. In rare cases, parts of an order may ship from a different warehouse, which may cause a slight delay. Shipping Fees
- Freight Orders: All orders requiring transport via freight will incur a flat $125 freight charge.
- Orders over $150: Orders are generally shipped for free if utilizing a courier. If transport is required, there will be a $125 fee.

Claims of incorrect or defective material must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods. No goods may be returned without first obtaining an RMA from shopSafety.ca. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. All returned goods must be sent prepaid. All goods are the property of shopSafety.ca until paid in full. Shipments, unless otherwise quoted, are FOB our warehouse.
