Order Processing and Shipping Times

Orders over $150: If items are in stock, orders are typically shipped for free via Expedited shipping, the same day or the next business day. In rare cases, parts of an order may ship from a different warehouse, which may cause a slight delay. If an item is out of stock, we will strive to provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) and communicate updates via order notifications.

Orders under $150: If items in stock, orders are typically shipped for a $19.95 fee via Standard courier service. This can take 4-7 business days due to warehouse consolidation practises.
Shipping Fees

Freight Orders: All orders requiring transport via freight will incur a flat $125 freight charge.

Orders over $150: Orders are generally shipped for free if utilizing a courier. If transport is required, there will be a $125 fee.
Special Handling

Dangerous Goods: Items classified as Dangerous Goods are subject to a $25 special handling fee. Dangerous Goods will require a signature upon delivery so make sure someone is present to receive.
Special Order Items

Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable: Special Order items are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable once the order is placed.

Non-deliverable/Returned Items
Orders that were sent out by us and are somehow undeliverable due to wrong address, refusal at destination, or no-one present to receive, or any other reason, will get a refund for the order minus the two way-courier/freight costs we incur for this return.
Returns
SPECIAL ORDER items cannot be cancelled or returned.
Claims of incorrect or defective material must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods. No goods may be returned without first obtaining an RMA from shopSafety.ca. All returned goods must be sent prepaid. All goods are the property of shopSafety.ca until paid in full. Shipments, unless otherwise quoted, are FOB our warehouse.
