Order Processing and Shipping Times

• Orders over $150: If items are in stock, orders are typically shipped for free via Expedited shipping, the same day or the next business day. In rare cases, parts of an order may ship from a different warehouse, which may cause a slight delay. • Orders under $150: If items in stock, orders are typically shipped for a $19.95 fee via Standard courier service. This can take 4-7 business days due to warehouse consolidation practises.

Shipping Fees

• Freight Orders: All orders requiring transport via freight will incur a flat $125 freight charge.
• Orders under $150: Orders shipped Standard via courier are subject to a $19.95 fee.
• Orders over $150: Orders are generally shipped for free if utilizing a courier. If transport is required, there will be a $125 fee.

Special Handling

• Dangerous Goods: Items classified as Dangerous Goods are subject to a $25 special handling fee.

Special Order Items

• Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable: Special Order items are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable once the order is placed.
